Meet Our Team
Glenn Bigger
Glenn is no stranger to country life having grown up in Yarrawonga. He began his home and garden career at the age of 18, bagging sand at Fulton Garden and Building. From there, he moved into delivery, pickup and eventually management until the business was sold.
Glenn has always wanted to move back to the North East for a number of years, given his country upbringing and when the opportunity to purchase Toil & Soil arose, he jumped at the chance.
Glenn’s experience has enabled him to offer a very popular blend of 3-way and 5 way soils for customers who have challenging soil conditions. The queue of trailers waiting to purchase this soil attests to the experience that Glenn brings to Toil & Soil.

Dina Bigger
Dina is the smiling face of Toil & Soil. She loves life especially country life.
Moving to Wangaratta was a natural step for Dina who also grew up in the country overseas. Dina runs the office at Toil & Soil and like Glenn loves to chat with people. Come in a say hello and be greeted with that warm friendly smile.
